Alexander Kjerulf, the famous Danish Chief Happiness Officer and international speaker, and I will bring together the research around happiness at work and the practical world of the hotel industry. The author seems to be attached to the hotel field because of her book on happy hotel. She has mentioned each and everything so perfectly that reader finds himself easy reading her post. Hotels will always have their various ways on serving their guests. Some are according to international standards, but there are personal rules they set so that they can definitely offer something new to their people. I am hoping that more people will be given the chance to experience what a five star hotel experience can be.
